Ah yes. Katrina and the Waves, and their boundless energy and happiness, neatly packaged in 3 min 57 sec song that gets your foot tapping with the first drum beats and takes you away with the trumpets.
I absolutely love this song. It turns me from a normally sensibly rational person into a crazy, daggy, shaking-every-part-of-my-body dancer. It's not a pretty sight, but who cares? I'm feeling good and I want the whole world to know...
And then I look out the window and realise I'm stuck in a cold Melbourne winter. Oh well, guess I'll have to put the song on repeat then eh?
