Ever heard of Korean Classical-Jazz Fusion?

Well, if your answer to my question is no, then you're in for something different.
Now, let's get a few things straight.
1. I am no jazz enthusiast. In fact, the jazziest I get is Michael Buble, so I like the big bands, but I ain't got no jazz.
2. I am no expert in classical music. I can recognise some really really (really really) famous symphonies, but don't for the life of me ask me to name them.
3. I'm no expert in Korean music either. I don't speak the language, but I think I've somewhat established that you don't need to understand the lyrics to appreciate songs (refer to my old post if needed)
4. I do like to try different styles of music. You don't really have to justify why you like something right?
Okay....can I please introduce to you: CLAZZIQUAI
They are a Korean "project" consisting mainly of 3 members: DJ Clazzi, Alex, Horan and sometimes, Christina. Some of the members are Canadian of Korean origin, so you might get a few words of English here and there. Their music is mostly categorised as classical jazz fusion, with elements of trance, house, electronica and chill out. The driving force behind the group is DJ Clazzi, who is a classically trained musician. Alex and Horan and the vocalists, with occasional guest vocals from Christina.
As they cover various genres, you get a mixture of songs that range from simple arrangements at a slow tempo, to songs that are a bit more layered in their sound at a faster tempo. Here's a clip of one of my favourite slower tempo songs for anyone out there to sample.
Choom (Dance) - Clazziquai
I've already told you that this is one of my favourites, so let me know whether you agree with me or not.
The other song I would like to showcase is simply titled "She Is". I have no idea how they came to have an english title for a mainly Korean-lyric song (they do have quite a few english-titled songs mind you!). This song rose to popularity through being used as one of the themes on a highly rated and popular Korean TV series focusing on a Bridget Jones-like character. The group didn't release an official video for the song, but there is a widely circulated video featuring scenes from the series it was used in. The first minute or so of the video actually uses another one of their songs (Be My Love). "She Is" kicks in around the 57 sec mark.

I love the song "She Is" so much, I've actually got it as my ringtone (maybe I shouldn't have admitted that...)

I'm very jealous that your husband can speak Korean. I would love to learn, but for the moment, i'll just settle for admiring their music.
